I played about 12 flashpoint missions. A collect 4 parts of lostech Highlander. So I get another Highlander and building 3rd. Then from one mission you hunt one of brother-sister siblings. From another mission I get LosTech modified Griffin - 55 tons.

Very nice mech, usable in max tonnage restricted missions. From Another mission I fight in Gladiator fight 50 tons vs 50 tons and I get modified Crab - 50 tons. But this mech looks really bad, he can take 4 tons less than another 50 tons mechs. Maybe he have some modifications - like more close combat damage???

Must equip hom and take him in mission to see his close combat params. It is modified vesion who weight 2 tons less. And that is all. Do you get any other interesting lostech equipment? About tonnage limited missions - there are missions where you need all mecha max 50 tons.

The Cyclops, by itself, is a tad dull. What makes the Cyclops special is a new item that Harebrained has added with it: the Battle Computer. Light mechs go first, then medium, heavy, and assault mechs go last. Attacking first offers a huge advantage: you could knock down your opponent, damage a vital weapon system, or even destroy the enemy before they can get a shot in. Pilots can learn abilities that buff initiative, allowing them to push a heavier mech to go earlier in the turn order, but opting for that ability locks them out of picking other, equally powerful skills.

So an item that pushes every mech in your lance up a rung in the turn order is a hugely powerful ability. The King Crab was one of the toughest mechs in BattleTech when it launched.

He also has a few special abilities your team needs to be aware of. Periodicallyhe will jump to the hostages in the center and force choke one, performing an ability called Soul Siphon. This needs to be interrupted by a knockback such as an Inquisitor's Overload.

Once interrupted, or once he finishes channeling, Kherus will jump to either side of the hall in which you are fighting. He will begin to launch crates and random debris at targets in your party.

These can hit for a substantial amount of damage. If your healer can heal through it comfortably then proceed to charge Kherus and DPS him while he is doing this. If, on the other hand, you have a lower-level healer who is having trouble, your whole party should retreat to the initial hall from which the fight begins and use line of sight LoS to keep Kherus from throwing objects.

Upon finding the boss you will notice that he is flanked on either side by 3 pylons 6 total. One side is all red and the other all blue, these pylons will be key during the fight.
